With over sixteen years of project management experience in the plastics manufacturing industry and a proven success record of project leadership, design and development, he is able to provide his clients with a variety of valuable services. Marc has worked in project management positions for industry leaders including Courtesy Corporation, A 300m+ Medical Manufacturing Facility. In this role, Marc served as Chief Molding Project Manager responsible for all new product, sampling, automation development and acceptance programs.
He has successfully managed teams in product development ensuring a smooth transition from the idea stage through design, development and production. His area of expertise is in plastics manufacturing as it relates to the medical and life science industries. Marc has worked effectively on projects with key medical players such as Schering Plough, Eli-Lilly, J&J, Gelman, Glaxo, Baxter, Abbott, Gatorade, Coke, Mennen, Kraft, Colgate and Nestle.
Marc is detail-oriented and a well organized leader who excels at directing teams, problem solving and designing solutions. In addition to understanding the medical plastics industry, Marc also has project management experience in the following fields: Manufacturing, Product Development, Automation, Injection Molding, Software and Hardware Implementation. He also has a vast knowledge of information management including database management and design using programs such as Microsoft, NT, Novell and SPC.
Together, Marc’s leadership skills and technical background in plastics manufacturing provide clients with a strong combination of experience that is customer focused. Marc provides intelligent insight into the needs of customers and has the ability to create and implement effective solutions for businesses of all sizes. At Austoah Manufacturing, Marc serves as the principal consultant, supporting projects in the areas of injection molding, product sampling, verification of automation, material research and testing, and training of suppliers. As the project team leader, Marc is actively involved to support the client’s need to get accurate and cost-effective results.

Bill Carrigan
Vice-President – Research & Development-
Director of Military, Aerospace and Composite polymer research. Bill Carrigan joined Austoah in 2002 and spent his first years in a variety of sales, marketing, technical and systems development positions. For the next four years, he was Operations business manager in Illinois, for Engineering Polymers, and plant manager at our Addison site. He served as executive assistant to the chairman of the board, Excel Polymers. He has held two positions as global business director - Nylon Fibers New Business Development and Global Zytel® Engineering Polymers.
Mr. Carrigan was general manager for DuPont Advanced Fiber Businesses - Kevlar®, Nomex®, and Teflon®fibers at the Spruance Plant in Richmond, Va.
Named Operations 3 tier Leader of the $3 billion Electronic & Communication Technologies Platform, which included the Electronics Technology business, Imaging Technology business ,Fluoro products business and Fuel Cell ventures. Named chief marketing and sales office, where he was responsible for corporate branding and marketing communications, market research, e-business and marketing/sales capability worldwide.
